RETURN
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of fabric or print defects or if an incorrect size or color is shipped. Unfortunately, orders are not eligible for return/exchange for reasons other than these specified issues.
CANCELLATIONS
All our items are crafted specifically for you upon order placement. If you decide to cancel, kindly contact us at [email protected] and provide your order details. You can cancel your order at any point before it enters the production phase, which may occur as soon as 2 hours or take up to 48 hours. Once production starts, no cancellations are accepted.
Post successful cancellation, we’ll refund you the partial/full amount as per the resolution.
REFUNDS
Upon completion of the resolution process, Sukhpreet Saluja will initiate the refund for your order, whether partially or in full. The timeframe for the refund varies depending on your chosen payment method. While we strive to expedite the process, it’s important to note that certain banking procedures are beyond our control, and in rare instances, delays may occur. We are committed to ensuring that your refund is credited back to your bank account within a reasonable timeframe.
For different payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be reflected in your bank account within five to seven business days.
- UPI: Refunds for payments made through UPI applications will be visible in your bank account within one to two business days.
- Digital Wallets: If you used a digital wallet such as Paytm, the refund will be credited to your bank account within one to two business days.
- Net Banking: Refunds for payments made through credit or debit cards will appear in your bank account within five to seven business days.
